Meet the Founders
Pamela Minix – Athlete, Survivor, Scientist
Pamela Minix is a mountain bike champion, neuromechanics and biomechanics practitioner, mother of four, and founder of one of the fastest-scaling sport tech companies internationally. She pioneered the first preemptive holistic health model in science and medicine for youth and athletes, a breakthrough now informing underwriting, guiding global research teams, and reshaping the culture of sport.
But behind her professional achievements lies a story of profound resilience. Pamela and her family endured years of horrific abuse at the hands of the very person who should have been their greatest protector. That lived reality forged her conviction: once harm is done, it is too late. Prevention must come first.
From that truth, Pamela developed the first validated scientific model capable of safely hearing children’s experiences—even when they cannot yet put them into words—without exposing them to risk.

Her system gives those voices the weight of science, transforming silence into foresight and data into protection.
Today, Pamela leads the Sports Wellness Platform (SWP) and its international science and medical team with one vision: to transform lived experience into preemptive intelligence that protects children, strengthens families, and redefines the culture of sport worldwide.
Luis Hernandez – From Career-Ending Injury to World Stage Champion
At 18, professional figure skater Luis Hernandez was told his career was over. Severe injuries left him in pain, and the loss of his athletic identity pushed him into depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. “I felt lost in silence, with no identity outside the rink,” he recalls.
The turning point came when Luis adopted the strategies of the Sports Wellness Platform (SWP). The science-based insights helped him listen to his body and mind, choosing a healthier training culture gave him space to thrive, and for the first time, he could be honest about his struggles without fear. “I learned about my experiences, even when I couldn’t find the words myself,” Luis says.
With SWP’s science, Luis not only healed—he rebuilt. Over the next decade, he became a 6x National Champion and 4x World Tour competitor, known worldwide for his artistry and resilience.

More importantly, he learned that high performance and wellness weren’t in conflict—they were partners.
Luis’s journey is proof that with the right support, athletes can rewrite their stories. SWP didn’t just help him win again—it helped him reclaim himself.
